Privacy Policy for Lutsy

Lutsy is a photo editor for iPhone. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. In short, your photos and edits stay on your iPhone and Lutsy does not collect any personal data.
1. Your Photos and Edits
Lutsy works entirely on your device. When you open a photo, Lutsy keeps a copy and your edits in its own storage on your iPhone so you can come back to them. Nothing is uploaded to us or to anyone else. Your original photo in your photo library is never changed.
If you're signed in to iCloud, your saved blends and favourite looks are kept in your own iCloud account so they appear on your other devices and come back on a new phone. They are stored by Apple under your Apple ID and never reach us. Your photos and their edits are not included.
Features such as finding the subject or people in a photo use Apple's on-device frameworks. They run on your iPhone and do not send your photos anywhere.
2. Photo Library Access
You choose photos to open using Apple's photo picker, which does not give Lutsy access to the rest of your library. Lutsy asks for permission to add photos to your library only when you choose Save to Photos, and only adds the photos you export.
3. Data We Collect
None. Lutsy has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or usage data.
4. Purchases
Lutsy Pro subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple tells the app whether you have an active subscription so it can unlock Pro features. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
5. Exporting and Sharing
When you export or share a photo, it goes where you send it, such as your photo library or another app. If you keep camera details or location in the export settings, that information is included in the exported file. Location is off unless you turn it on.
6. Third-Party Services
Apple may process payment and diagnostics data under its own terms and privacy policy.
7. Children
Lutsy does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
