Terms of Use for Lutsy
Effective Date: October 2026
These terms cover your use of Lutsy. Lutsy is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two differ, these terms add to Apple's agreement rather than replace it.
1. Using Lutsy
You can download and use Lutsy for free. You may use it to edit photos you own or have permission to edit. Please do not use it to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights.
2. Your Photos
Your photos and edits belong to you. Lutsy works on your device and does not claim any rights over what you create with it.
3. Lutsy Pro
Lutsy Pro is an optional subscription that lets you export edits made with Pro looks and tools. It is offered monthly or yearly, and the yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of a free trial.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
4. Changes
Lutsy may change over time as features are added or improved. If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
5. Liability
Lutsy is provided as it is. Please keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of data or for indirect losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
