Receiptr may process receipt images, expense details, categories, notes, and related records that you choose to add.

Information is used to provide core app functionality, including storing, organizing, searching, and displaying your receipt and expense records.
4. Legal Basis (UK GDPR, where applicable)
Where UK GDPR applies, processing is carried out on the basis of performance of a contract (providing app features), legitimate interests (service integrity and improvement), and legal obligations where required.
5. Third-Party Services
Platform providers such as Apple may process analytics, payments, diagnostics, and account information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control those third-party practices.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no method of storage, transmission, or electronic processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data Retention
Data retention depends on your usage, device settings, and platform behavior. Where features allow, you can delete your records in-app.
