Dozer – Terms of Use

Welcome to Dozer. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dozer mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Pricing and Subscriptions

Dozer is available through an auto-renewable subscription: £0.99 per month; £6.99 per year (includes a cost saving over monthly payments). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.

2. Privacy and Data Use

Dozer does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. All location-based functionality is handled locally on your device to enable alarm triggers. No location data is sent to any servers or third parties. Use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to: use the App only for lawful purposes; not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App; understand that Dozer relies on GPS and mobile data, and performance may vary depending on signal strength, device settings, or environmental conditions. You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under the legal age of digital consent in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. App Limitations and Accuracy

Dozer provides alarms based on your real-time location using GPS and network data. While we aim to provide reliable alerts, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy or timing. Location services are affected by a range of external factors. You should not rely on Dozer for critical, time-sensitive, or safety-related purposes. Always double-check your progress during travel.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and code within Dozer are the intellectual property of the developer and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. You use Dozer entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the use of the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Dozer after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
