Terms of Use for Pitch Plan

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pitch Plan mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Pitch Plan is a tool to help coaches manage playing time, substitutions, goals and results for youth football teams. It gives information to support your decisions; team selection and all decisions on the day remain yours.

2. Pitch Plan Pro, Subscriptions and Free Trials

Some features require Pitch Plan Pro, available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of the trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; refund requests should be made to Apple.

3. Privacy

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully. You are responsible for the information you enter, including making sure you have any permission needed to record children's details, and for who you share live games, summaries or files with.

5. Licence

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal and club purposes, in line with these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. Except where the law allows, you must not copy, reverse engineer, modify or resell the App.

6. Accuracy

We work to keep timings and statistics accurate, but the App relies on the information and taps you enter and on your device's clock. Always check anything important before relying on it, for example for league or club records.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, branding and design are owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Non-Excludable Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms or the App from time to time. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend access if these Terms are breached.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
